Shape the impact of our global corporate website and elevate how F&P Healthcare shows up digitally around the world.
Our Marketing Enablement team plays a critical role in the governance, training and maintenance of the marketing technology that powers our business. We are looking for an experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to spearhead the transformation of our corporate website platform and to champion its ongoing performance and user experience across the multiple countries it serves.
This is a hands-on, senior role for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day platform ownership with longer-term improvement projects. You'll act as product owner for our website platform, bringing deep content management system (CMS) knowledge, strong stakeholder relationships and the confidence to lead website initiatives from end to end. If you are someone who builds trust quickly, solves problems independently, is intrinsically curious and brings a considered, knowledgeable perspective to your work, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as product owner for F&P Healthcare’s corporate website, including user provisioning, governance, permissions and day-to-day administration
- Own the website’s strategy, performance and continuous improvement, ensuring it reflects our brand and supports business objectives
- Work with internal stakeholders to scope, prioritise and deliver ongoing website improvements
- Provide guidance, training and best-practice support to marketers across F&P who create or manage website content
- Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues, partnering with our ICT team when needed
- Keep up to date on emerging technology and best practice, recommending where they could benefit F&P
About You
You'll bring extensive CMS expertise, sound judgement and great people skills, including:
- At least 7 years' experience in a similar marketing, digital or web-focused role
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise CMS, including site administration, back-end configuration, governance and troubleshooting
- A track record of owning or significantly contributing to a large-scale organisational website, ideally including multi-language or multi-region content
- Experience with web analytics and SEO fundamentals
- Excellent stakeholder management, with the ability to translate technical detail into plain language and build influence across technical and non-technical teams
- Strong organisational and project management skills, comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Problem solving expertise that is driven by intrinsic curiosity and being comfortable with digging into the ‘why’ — wherever it leads you
Ideally you would also have
- Front-end coding skills (HTML, CSS and/or JavaScript)
- Experience delivering a CMS rebuild, redesign or platform migration project
- Exposure to Digital Experience Platforms (DXPs)
