What we offer our Interns

Experiential learning is hands-on work experience doing the tasks and projects that help you grow. This is all about collaboration, practice, learning from your mistakes and challenging yourself.

Coaching is the social learning and mentoring framework that supports your performance. This could be one-to-one meetings with your manager, collaborative problem-solving sessions or conversations with peer groups, networks or colleagues.

Formal learning can be classroom or online learning, reading or personal research, all of which enhance your technical and soft skills.

    As product development engineers we create solutions and improve outcomes, this role spans the entire product life cycle.

    As process development engineers we connect the dots from product design to manufacturing, making sure we have the right equipment and processes in place.

    As operations engineers we support our production teams through the improvement of our products and processes. 

  • Marketing

    In Marketing we aim to deeply understand our customers and our global markets so we can influence product development and craft compelling communications.

    Relationships and communication are our strengths and we collaborate with teams across the business including product development, regulatory, manufacturing, supply chain and our global offices to deliver world class marketing.

  • Legal

    In Legal we believe our role is to help our people navigate through difficult issues to make good decisions. We aim to be seen as trusted advisers to the business, making sure we are confident and courageous to ask the right questions so we can provide commercially relevant legal advice and solutions.

Once you’ve submitted your application online, our Talent Acquisition team will review it and get back to you. If you’re selected, you’ll be invited to record and send in your video interview – it’s easy and we’ll provide you with all the information you need.

If your video interview is successful, we’ll invite you for a face-to-face interview either in person at our Auckland campus or online on Microsoft Teams. We’ll then contact you when a decision has been made to let you know the outcome.

If you’re offered a role with us, we’ll complete the necessary pre-employment checks and then send you a formal job offer online.
