Team Leader

As a Moulding Team Leader, you will lead, manage, and support a team in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high-quality output and strong compliance standards.

In this role, you will:

· Lead and develop your team day-to-day, managing performance, leave, training, and engagement

· Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver great customer outcomes

· Provide coaching and mentoring in moulding processes and technical capability

· Drive a culture of Continuous Improvement and support your team to adopt CI principles

· Forecast and coordinate scheduled maintenance activities

· Support a positive team culture and employee engagement initiatives

· You’ll play a key role in delivering business targets, maintaining compliance, and ensuring resources are available to meet operational goals.

Ideally you have:

· 5+ years’ experience in injection moulding or similar manufacturing environments

· Experience with scientific moulding and process validation

· Proven leadership experience with the ability to drive team performance and engagement

· Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, GMP, and SOPs

· Knowledge of Health & Safety practices in a production environment

· Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

An understanding of the SAP system is an advantage and excellent communication skills are required, as you will be liaising with all levels within the organisation.
