The Role
We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & HR Business Partner to join our International Sales HR Team. This is a 50/50 role, giving you the opportunity to partner with leaders on all people-related processes while managing the full recruitment lifecycle for unique and specialised roles across NZ and internationally.
Reporting to the Head of Human Resources (Rest of World Sales), you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for international sales roles, partnering with hiring managers to scope positions, provide market insights, and attract top talent
- Provide expert HR advice and support across talent management, employment relations, and leadership capability building
- Drive process improvements and contribute to shaping how we work as an HR team and with the business
- Work closely with managers at all levels, supported by an experienced HR and TA team

What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in Recruitment and/or HR Advisor or Business Partnering (in-house)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, with the ability to adapt your approach
- Proven ability to deliver outcomes on time and exceed expectations
- Experience in a multinational environment; exposure to global recruitment and international remuneration is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a flexible, curious approach to problem-solving
- Interest in global mobility and internal secondments
