About the Role

The role sits within our ICT Power Platform team, where we design, implement, and support modern business applications, automated processes, and intelligent solutions that drive efficiency across F&P. As a Power Platform Systems Specialist, you’ll help lead the way in creating innovative applications, automation, and AI-powered systems that transform how we work. Your expertise will help streamline operations, enhance user experiences, and deliver measurable value, positioning you at the heart of our digital transformation journey.

In this dynamic role, you will:

  • Investigate and gather business requirements to ensure we identify and meet realistic business needs, starting with clearly defining the problem before moving into solution design and build.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and develop business processes and new systems/applications, leveraging advanced technologies and ensuring compliance with organisational standards and best practices.
  • Create and deliver training to ensure end-users are proficient in new systems, applications and AI powered features.
  • Provide ongoing support and proactive monitoring of current systems, applications and AI solutions to maximise benefits.
  • Conduct research, cost-benefit analysis, and make recommendations for the development of efficient systems and applications.

Skills and Experience

  • A qualification in Software, Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences both verbal and written.
  • Strong skills in researching, interviewing, and negotiation.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Experience or familiarity with Power Apps, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio is preferred.
