Systems Specialist

Help shape the platforms that teams across Fisher & Paykel Healthcare rely on to plan, collaborate, and deliver their work. 

We're looking for an enthusiastic Systems Specialist to join our ICT Strategy & Planning team, supporting and evolving a suite of enterprise collaboration, project management, and digital planning platforms used across the business. 

About the role: 

We're looking for a proactive and technically capable professional who enjoys solving problems, improving ways of working, and helping people get the most from technology. 

You'll play a key role in supporting and evolving the platforms that underpin planning, collaboration, and project delivery across Fisher & Paykel Healthcare. Working with tools such as Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, SharePoint Online, and Miro, you'll provide platform support, configuration, reporting, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives that help teams work more effectively. 

This is an excellent opportunity to build expertise across a broad range of enterprise platforms while making a visible impact across the organisation. 

This role would suit someone with experience supporting business applications or enterprise platforms who is ready to broaden their technical capability and take greater ownership of platform improvements and outcomes. 

As part of this role, you will 

• Help shape the future of our collaboration and work management platforms through continuous improvement and innovation. 

• Evaluate and implement new applications, integrations, and platform capabilities. 

• Contribute to solution design, testing, and change initiatives. 

• Support and enhance business-critical cloud services and platforms. 

• Develop reporting, automation, and integrations that improve how teams work. 

• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and knowledge resources. 

• Work closely with stakeholders across ICT and the business to deliver practical, value-driven outcomes. 

What you'll bring 

• Experience supporting business applications, SaaS platforms, or enterprise collaboration tools. 

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders. 

• A passion for problem-solving, continuous improvement, and delivering great user experiences. 

• The ability to troubleshoot issues, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive solutions through to completion. 

It would be great if you also have experience with 

• Planview products or similar project, portfolio, or work management platforms. 

• SharePoint Online, Miro, or other collaboration platforms. 

• Reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI. 

• Designing or supporting integrations and automation solutions. 

• An understanding of project portfolio management, Agile ways of working, or digital work management practices.
