We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Systems Specialist to join our ICT Strategy & Planning team.
If you're looking to grow your career supporting enterprise collaboration, project management and digital planning platforms, you'll play a key role in delivering and enhancing a range of tools that support planning, collaboration and project delivery across the business.
About the role:
Our successful applicant will have a well-rounded technical skill set and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, ensuring exceptional service is delivered to our internal customers.
You'll be responsible for supporting and enhancing a range of enterprise collaboration, project and portfolio management platforms, including Planview Portfolios, AgilePlace, ProjectPlace, SharePoint Online and Miro. This includes platform administration, user support, configuration, reporting, integrations, and driving continuous improvements to business processes and digital collaboration capabilities.
As part of this role, you will:
- Investigate and carry out technical assessments on new applications and integrations.
- Assist with system design and testing, including change management activities.
- Support the continued operation and maintenance of systems.
- Assist with testing and technical oversight of cloud update cycles.
- Produce and peer review technical documentation that aligns with best practice.
- Build and support integrations between relevant systems.
- Be willing to proactively collaborate with your peers across ICT.
Skills and Experience
Essential
- Experience supporting business applications or SaaS platforms.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and improving systems.
Nice to have
- Planview (or similar) experience.
- Power BI experience.
- Integration experience.
- Knowledge of project portfolio management.
