  • Afternoon Shift – 4:00 pm to 12:00 am

About the role

The Store person will process and coordinate routine warehouse activities under supervision, to support sales and meet customer requirements.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring that distribution output and quality targets are met
  • Ensuring that distribution and Health & Safety procedures are followed
  • Updating KPIs and using them to measure improvement activities
  • Carry out Hazard identification audits
  • Initiating and supporting continuous improvement activities.

 

Skills and experience you will need:

  • Relevant warehousing experience and good work performance
  • Scanning and knowledge of SAP transactions and experience working in warehouses/stores would be an advantage
  • Ability to work at heights
  • Manual handling and lifting packages of approx. 25kgs
  • Comfortable using a computer
  • Good attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
  • Simple numeracy/calculation skills
  • Proven ability to work well within a team
  • Operating a forklift and man up equipment (previous experience ideal, however, we will provide full training and license)
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety
