Senior Systems Specialist - AI

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to advance their career within a growing team.

About the role

In this role, you'll join the Cloud Infrastructure team as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring ICT services meet expectations. You'll contribute to the implement of cloud and AI tools in a global environment, and prior experience as a technical lead on infrastructure or AI initiatives is valued.

The position focuses on improving modern workplace applications, with a strong emphasis on enterprise AI tooling such as Microsoft 365 Copilot and Claude. You'll be central to how the organisation adopts AI safely, deploying AI assistants and agents, integrating them with business systems through MCP servers and connectors, and establishing the governance, identity, and access controls that keep agent activity secure and compliant.

This is an infrastructure-focused role: managing AI platforms, configuration, integrations, identity and governance, and partnering with the teams that lead AI adoption, training and business enablement. Day to day, that spans agent and user access, activity monitoring and auditing, and AI consumption and licensing costs.

You'll gain hands-on experience with a collaborative and customer focused team committed to excellence.
