Senior Systems Specialist
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to advance their career within a growing team.
About the role
In this role you will be working within the Cloud Infrastructure team and act as an escalation point, resolving complex technical issues and ensuring ICT services are continually running reliably and meeting service level expectations. You will be involved in leading and implementing Cloud based project work, in a large global environment. Previous experience as a technical lead on infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
This role will have a strong focus on automation as we look to utilise Cloud based services where it makes sense to do so. Experience with Cloud providers such as Microsoft is highly regarded, as well as experience with automation and scripting with Powershell, Terraform or similar technologies.
You will gain valuable experience working alongside a talented team that thrives on team work and having fun, whilst never compromising on delivering great customer service and getting the job done right!
Skills and Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience with technological leadership in a global business
- Demonstratable ability to define solutions for complex problems
- Cloud experience (Azure and Microsoft 365 preferred)
- Scripting (Powershell or similar)
- Customer focused and always striving for service excellence
- Proactive team player
