The Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Marketing team is at the forefront of bringing innovative CPAP mask solutions to market, driving both product success and customer impact. This high-performing team leads end-to-end go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2C channels, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and ongoing sales enablement.
The Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager/Senior Product Marketer to join our dynamic OSA marketing team for a 12-month fixed term (parental leave cover). This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, customer insight, and go-to-market execution.
You will lead the marketing strategy and implementation for the F&P myMask app, while contributing to broader portfolio initiatives. Success in this role will come from your ability to connect product, customer and commercial outcomes, ensuring our solutions deliver meaningful impact for both clinicians and patients.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including product development, marketing, sales, clinical, quality, and legal, influencing both product direction and market success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and inform product marketing strategy.
- Define and prioritise product marketing requirements using data, usage metrics and market demand.
- Contribute to product direction through insights, customer feedback and commercial perspectives.
- Evolve and execute the go-to-market strategy with clear, differentiated messaging and value propositions.
- Drive alignment across sales, marketing and international sales teams to support adoption and commercial success.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, to ensure product vision and goals alignment.
- Communicate insights, recommendations and trade-offs clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A degree in marketing, software or related field
- 5+ years’ product marketing experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
- Strong experience briefing and creating product marketing material
- The ability to translate technical and clinical concepts clearly
- Outstanding organisation and prioritisation capabilities
- Adaptability and self-motivation to succeed in a highly regulated environment
- A passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients
- Experience in a SAAS or services marketing role would be preferable but not necessary.
