Senior Product Development Engineer - Surgery

About the opportunity

In this dynamic position, you will be at the forefront of bringing new surgical products to market. As a key member of a multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in establishing a deep understanding of patient and clinician problems, developing new designs and ensuring seamless delivery of products into the hands of our customers.

You'll be a team player that is motivated by sharing your knowledge and actively participating in turning our great engineers into exceptional engineers.

Our team is nimble, we make decisions quickly, and are action oriented. You’ll play a key role in a small team delivering timely results. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn at pace in order to improve patient care and contribute to the overall success and expansion of our Surgery business.

About you

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a degree in engineering or a related field.
• Has 6+ years of product development engineering experience, ideally in the medical device industry.
• Embraces a flexible, fast-paced, and hands-on approach in a startup environment.
• Has experience driving projects to successful completion
• Adapts to changing business needs and priorities while maintaining focus on project objectives.
• Resolves technical challenges associated with product and process.
• Demonstrates excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
