We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer. What you’ll do:
- Revolutionise Home Respiratory Support: You will be at the forefront of developing an exciting new device that delivers therapeutic care in the home setting. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of individuals requiring respiratory support, empowering them to lead fulfilling lives with improved comfort and independence.
- Full Development Lifecycle: You will gain practical knowledge and hands-on experience with the full development lifecycle. From concept and design to implementation, testing, and deployment, you will be involved in every stage, honing your skills, and becoming a well-rounded engineer.
- Technology: You will have the opportunity to develop control systems and therapeutic algorithms that optimise the efficacy and safety of our device. Your work will ensure that patients receive the highest level of care, tailored to their specific needs. You will play a vital role in developing robust IoT solutions that ensure seamless and secure interactions between our device and external systems. Cybersecurity will be at the forefront of your mind as you implement best practices to safeguard patient data and device functionality.

About you
- Team Lead Experience: You have hands-on experience in leading the architecture and development of real-time embedded systems using C/C++. Your proficiency in good software practices allow you to navigate the intricacies of embedded software development with ease and have successfully guided others to do so too.
- Education: You have a bachelor’s degree in engineering, specifically in computer systems or a related field, with a strong focus on embedded software development. Your educational background equips you with the foundational knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Passion: You possess a genuine interest in software architecture, control systems, algorithms, data analysis, communications, and hardware-in-the-loop test automation. You're excited about the opportunity to dive into these areas and further enhance your expertise.
