Senior Product Development Engineer

Care to make a difference.

Join a team of good people doing good work with intent. People like you, who care to make a difference.

About the opportunity

A perfect role for an experienced engineer who wants to make their mark and ensure the continuity of care for our most vulnerable patients. In our product development team, we put the patient first. Learning and growing is a way of life in our team - we believe in expanding our knowledge & skills and providing an environment to satisfy your self-motivated nature; we encourage and empower you to try things out.

This role is made for an inquisitive and practical personality. Critical thinking skills and a long-term focus are essential.

This role has the variety you are looking for as no two days are the same – whether you’re updating a product or negotiating a new regulation or helping solve a manufacturing issue, you’ll need to be quick on your feet and comfortable working with people from all parts of the business, such as Manufacturing, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory or Process and Operations Engineering. Being able to communicate your ideas to any of those audiences in formal or informal situations is also essential. You’ll need to be familiar with common standards and regulations that we use and be focused on planning and delivery of projects.

You’ll be motivated by sharing your knowledge with the team and actively participating in turning our great engineers into exceptional engineers.

You’ll make quick decisions when appropriate and think deeply and critically when required. You desire to understand the ‘what, how and why’ of a large portfolio of products that make up our most successful respiratory humidification system.

Whatever your day holds, you should always be able to put yourself in the position of the most vulnerable patient and be able to say that you’ve done the best for them.

If this sounds like you, we’d love to have you join our friendly, supportive team!
