Senior Mobile Developer
About the opportunity

You will be working in a team comprising of creative designers, UI/UX designers, behavioural scientists, software developers, data scientists and engineers to design new ways to empower patients and clinicians to improve clinical outcomes and save lives. You will be responsible to lead in your unique domain of expertise and will collaborate with the team in co-designing user-centric solutions.
This is a long-term, greenfield program, where you will work on the research and ideation as well as the development and release of new digital healthcare solutions.
We are looking for a someone who is comfortable with working with ambiguity and limited supervision in a nimble team. You will not be afraid of taking ownership of new tasks and to share your ideas. You will be prepared to fail and share learnings. You will work with the team to develop innovative mobile applications to support patients live healthier lives at home.
As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will:
- lead the design and development of native mobile applications
- influence product design and roadmap
- develop and coach other team members
You will shape your own role.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years commercial experience in native mobile development.
- Fluency in Swift and Kotlin
- Working experience with Git, Azure Dev-Ops / JIRA, CI/CD
- Commercial experience with the full design development lifecycle, from concept design to supporting released apps in the field
- Experience with user-centred product design
- Experience with healthcare is considered a bonus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Team spirit
