We are seeking a talented commercial lawyer to join the NZ legal team. In this role you will:
- Be an expert advisor: Provide legal counsel across a diverse range of business areas, including product teams and group services, guiding strategic initiatives in New Zealand and internationally.
- Build strong relationships: Collaborate with all levels of the business, becoming a trusted advisor who fosters open communication and a collaborative environment.
- Make your mark: We encourage initiative and empower you to shape this role to your strengths.
We're looking for someone who:
- Proven track record: Is a practical, commercially-minded lawyer with a sharp mind and a proven track record of drafting and negotiating complex commercial contracts (must have a NZ practising certificate).
- Communicates with confidence: Can clearly and concisely explain legal matters to both colleagues and senior leadership.
- Thrives in a team environment: Collaboration is key. You’re enthusiastic, practical, approachable, and love working alongside high-performing individuals.
