We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to support our global sales offices in over 30 locations worldwide. Reporting to the Regional Head of Human Resources (Rest of World Sales), you will support our leaders across all people related processes and initiatives, including employment relations, organisational development, talent management and building leadership capability.

 

We have a coaching culture which enables us to work collaboratively with our Leaders and their teams to ensure they can fulfill their potential; and you will have the opportunity to shape how we work as an HR team, and with the business; they are really open to exploring how we can do things differently.  There is plenty to get your teeth into and an opportunity to really broaden your HR and leadership experience!

 

We are looking for a good communicator with an organised approach, along with:

  • At least 5 years’ experience working in HR Business Partnering/Manager role within NZ or overseas markets
  • Experience working in a multinational company with experience in international remuneration would be great but not essential
  • Success in engaging and influencing stakeholders and able to adapt your approach according to the situation
  • Ability to deliver outcomes which meet or exceed customer expectations on time
  • A flexible and curious approach to problem solving
  • Strong HR knowledge together with good business and commercial awareness. You will be able to demonstrate where you have combined these to develop pragmatic solutions that support business outcomes.
