Join a team of good people doing good work with intent. People like you, who care to make a difference.

About the opportunity

Due to the continued success and growth of our New Zealand Sales Team, we have new opportunities for motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us as Sales Representatives (internal job title, Product Specialist).

There are two opportunities available, one looking after our Anaesthesia product portfolio and one looking after our Respiratory & Acute Care hospital product portfolio.

This is a dynamic role that involves working in a complex clinical setting, focussing on market development and education to drive adoption of Fisher & Paykel humidified nasal high flow technology.

Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct visits to hospitals and build relationships with existing and prospective customers to introduce and grow the use of current Fisher & Paykel Healthcare products and therapy approaches and their patient benefits, ultimately changing clinical practice.
  • Work with the Sales Manager to discuss current market state, future potential and devise a plan to execute on opportunities.
  • Provide education to clinical staff to improve care and outcomes for patients.
  • Liaise with hospital regulatory, compliance and technical departments, purchasing, clinicians and other key decision makers to ensure all compliance and purchasing requirements are met.
  • Provide strategic installation support, training and follow up to ensure optimal use of our products to improve patient outcomes and recognise further opportunity
  • Work closely with our Product Teams consisting of engineers, marketers and clinical researchers to facilitate clinician input into product development and R&D.

This role is based at our Global Head Office in East Tamaki but covers a territory that requires significant national travel.

About you

In order to succeed you will need to be a curious, persistent and collaborative person and have a positive outlook. Other key skills and experience we are looking for include:
