Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is a world leader in the design, manufacture and marketing of medical devices, exporting to over 120 countries globally. As a result of our company's continued growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Receptionist to join our team.
About the role
This is an important role as you are the face of our company. We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for customer service and a proven track record of positive working relationships to create the best first impression for our company.
In this role you will have the opportunity to put your excellent interpersonal and communication skills to good use liaising with external and internal customers. You will also be responsible for taking and transferring phone calls, mail distribution, issuing of access cards, and providing ad-hoc administrative support to the Group Services teams.
Skills & experience
· Fantastic interpersonal and communication skills
· Passionate about creating a great customer experience
· Experience in similar reception/administration roles
· Microsoft Office experience
· Strong organisational skills and competent multi-tasker
· Ability to work autonomously
