About the Role

We have 3 vacancies and  we are looking for skilled Quality Systems Engineers to join our team and support our product group in meeting quality and regulatory requirements. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products, processes, and systems consistently meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, design, and operations—providing expert guidance, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring quality is embedded in everything we do.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and approve quality system documentation to ensure compliance with QMS and regulatory standards
  • Partner with development and operations teams to ensure products and manufacturing processes meet specifications
  • Lead or support the resolution of product and process non-conformances
  • Provide training, coaching, and guidance on quality processes and procedures across the business
  • Monitor production or design data, identify issues, and implement corrective actions
  • Review customer complaint investigations to ensure processes are followed
  • Support quality inspection activities to identify and resolve quality issues
  • Ensure product validation and verification processes are robust prior to release
  • Drive risk management practices to ensure products and processes are safe and reliable
  • Promote continuous improvement initiatives to minimise business risk

About You

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a quality engineering or quality systems role
  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing and/or design environment
  • Working knowledge of relevant quality regulations and standards
  • Familiarity with statistics and process improvement tools
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and influence others
  • Proven ability to prioritise and resolve issues effectively
  • Confident working cross-functionally and building strong relationships

This is a full-time, permanent position (40 hour week) with a salary range of $85,000 to $110,000. The role is based in our Auckland office in Highbrook Drive in East Tamaki.
