Project Manager - Part Time (3-day p/w)

About the opportunity

We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Quality team. This role is critical to the delivery of Quality Systems projects to enable the achievement of F&P business objectives. You will collaborate cross functionally closely within the Quality and with the wider business to manage moderate and large scale projects to deliver on project objectives. This is a 12 month fixed term role working part-time 3 days per week.

Key Outcomes:

  • Developing and managing project plans for moderate and large projects to ensure delivery of business & project objectives
  • Manage project resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Utilize project management tools & resources to enable visibility on progress of projects and project risks.
  • Organize & communicate on workload capacity of the team
  • Organize & coordinate project related forums & events

  • Enable visibility of project progress to enable effective decision making
  • Enable effective management of team resources

About you

  • Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline
  • 3 – 5 years Project Management experience
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Ability to negotiate and drive for end results
  • Strong communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industries, or equivalent exposure to a regulated QMS environment desirable, but not essential
