About the opportunity 

This is a new role focused on supporting the planning and execution of new product development projects.  You’ll help establish and embed project processes, coordinate across multiple teams, and ensure projects stay on track from concept through to delivery.  A natural organiser and communicator, your strength is to bring people together.  Anticipating risks and removing blockers will allow us to accelerate time to market.  You don’t need a formal Project Manager title – what matters most is your ability to plan coordinate and communicate.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and influence across all teams to align timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones
• Drive projects forward, ensuring momentum is maintained and deadlines are met
• Set up and embed new ways of working, processes, and project structures within the team
• Identify risks early and proactively plan to mitigate potential issues
• Facilitate collaboration and alignment across stakeholders, ensuring everyone is working toward common goals
• Communicate clearly and regularly to keep stakeholders informed and engaged
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase speed to market

Key Skills & Experience

• Project management experience in complex product development environments
• Strong grasp of project management best practices
• Excellent stakeholder and facilitation skills
• Delivery-focused mindset with a bias for action
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plan ahead and anticipate challenges
• Experience with project management software such as Planview is an advantage, but not essential
