In this newly created role, the Product Supply Insights Manager will lead our Supply Chain Analyst team, ensuring they deliver high-impact insights to support the Group Supply Chain team. You’ll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering reporting solutions that enable smarter, faster, and more customer-centric decisions.
What you’ll do:
- Lead and mentor a team of analysts to deliver high-quality, insight-driven outputs.
- Recommend, design, and produce reports and dashboards that not only visualise supply chain metrics but also solve business challenges, uncover inefficiencies, and enable proactive decision-making across the Group Supply Chain team.
- Champion a data-driven culture by crafting compelling narratives that influence strategic decisions.
- Embed insight-led planning, processes, and playbooks across the supply chain function.
- Evaluate a wide range of customer, competitor, and market data to inform trading and operational strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to embed insights into everyday decision-making.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in a supply chain, analytics, and data modelling.
- Strong technical and analytical background – comfortable working with large datasets, BI tools, and statistical methods.
- Experience managing or mentoring teams – you know how to bring out the best in others.
- Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships across the business.
