The Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA) Marketing team is at the forefront of bringing innovative CPAP mask solutions to market, driving both product success and customer impact. This high-performing team leads end-to-end go-to-market strategy across B2B and B2C channels, with a strong emphasis on customer engagement and ongoing sales enablement. 

 

The Role 
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Marketing & Communications Specialist / Marketing Specialist to join our OSA Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract (parental leave cover). In this role, you will 
play a pivotal part in developing mask launch marketing material—crafting compelling, customer-centric marketing campaigns, supporting the broader mask portfolio and translating customer and patient insights into impactful marketing strategies. 

 

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners across product development, sales, clinical, quality, and legal teams to help shape both product direction and market success. This is a unique opportunity to think creatively, drive commercial outcomes, and most importantly, improve people's health and lives. 

 

About the role:  

  • Develop and deliver product education, marketing, and digital content  
  • Collaborate cross-functionally across engineering, regulatory, manufacturing, and sales  
  • Present products and therapies to varied audiences

About you:  

  • Degree in marketing + 3 years’ (or more) experience  
  • Proven ownership mindset with strong delivery track record  
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills

  • Able to translate technical and clinical concepts clearly  
  • Strong critical and creative thinker who adapts knowledge across contexts
