Obstructive Sleep Apnoea (OSA) affects nearly 1 billion people globally. If left untreated, it can significantly impact quality of life and increase the risk of cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. We develop innovative solutions to address unique challenges faced by patients during their sleep apnoea treatment.   

The Opportunity 

We are seeking a Product Manager who will champion the voice of the customer and ensure our products deliver real-world benefits. Your insights into therapy challenges and patient experiences will shape solutions that improve comfort, adherence, and outcomes. 

In this role, you’ll manage OSA masks across the entire product lifecycle, from conception to obsolescence.

Your key responsibilities will include: 

• Customer Insight: Conduct research to understand patient, customer, and market needs, providing data-driven insights to inform product design. 
   

• Product Vision: Define product strategy, gather requirements, and collaborate with Product Development teams to bring that vision to life. 
   

• Market Launch: Support new product introductions through product release, pricing, forecasting, value proposition and high-level marketing claims development, technical collateral development, training, and market support. 
   

• Sales and Product Performance Analysis: Monitor sales performance, product growth, and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions. Collect and analyse customer, clinician, and sales feedback to drive ongoing product enhancements. 
   

• Sales Support: Partner closely with the sales team to provide product expertise, respond to product-related enquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and continuous improvement. 

About You 

This role is ideal for someone who is outcome-driven, resourceful, collaborative, and adaptable, who also has a Bachelor’s degree in either Marketing, Engineering or Health-related field e.g. Physiology, Nursing, Biomedical Science, Biotechnology. Prior experience in the sleep industry (e.g., as a sleep physiologist/technologist) or in product management is highly valued but not essential. The role offered will be tailored to the preferred candidate based on their level of experience.
