Product Manager - Professional Affairs & Clinical Education

Our focus here in the Optiflow and Airvo marketing team is to help our international sales people change clinical practice to allow patients with acute respiratory conditions to be treated with respiratory support (e.g. Nasal High Flow) in all areas of the hospital, from the ED, ICU and the ward. Our team is responsible for both upstream and downstream market support for the current products (e.g. Optiflow interfaces and Airvo 2) and upcoming products. 


In this role you'll contribute to the support of our multi-channel sale organisation, development of educational materials, and engagement with our clinical community network. You'll work closely with the marketing, clinical research, legal, quality and regulatory teams to navigate the complexities of the carefully regulated Medical Device environment and support our sales and product development teams.


To hit the ground running, you have:

  • a passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients
  • a marketing, clinical, scientific, or engineering qualification and 2 - 4 years' experience in clinical community engagement or marketing and/or selling medical products
  • ability to read, understand and interpret clinical publications
  • excellent interpersonal skills in order to engage with a broad range of stakeholders
  • the ability to take ownership of a project or process and manage it to meet deadlines
  • strong attention to detail
  • the ability to work both independently and in a close knit team
  • a growth mind-set, positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly
  • ability to travel
