About Us

Our focus here in the Optiflow and Airvo marketing team is to help our international sales people change clinical practice to allow patients with acute respiratory conditions to be treated with respiratory support (e.g. Nasal High Flow) in all areas of the hospital, from the ED, ICU and the ward. 

The Opportunity

The Airvo/Optiflow group has a range of new products in development. In this role, you'll be part of the product management team and help realise our vision, supporting product development, managing existing products, and supporting our multi-channel sale organisation. You'll work closely with engineering, product marketing, clinical, legal, quality, and regulatory teams to bring products through the entire product lifecycle, from market release to obsolescence.

In this role, your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting market release and launch through activities such as release, pricing, forecasts, and training
• Ensuring continued supply of existing and new products to all markets
• Advocating customers as well as business requirements to drive product improvement

About You:

• a passion for helping improve the outcomes of patients
• a scientific, clinical, engineering, or marketing qualification
• an ability to quickly navigate and understand technical concepts and processes
• have 3+ years' work experience in the relevant field(s)
• excellent interpersonal skills in order to negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders
• the ability to take ownership of a project or process and manage it to meet deadlines
• strong attention to detail
• a growth mind-set, positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly

This role is ideal for someone who is outcome-driven, resourceful, and adaptable. Prior experience in Product Management or Product Development is preferred. The role offered will be tailored to the preferred candidate based on their level of experience.
