Our Team
The Optiflow and Airvo Marketing team is focused on helping our global sales teams drive clinical practice change and improve patient care and outcomes. Our respiratory support therapies, such as Optiflow Nasal High Flow, treat patients with acute respiratory conditions across the hospital – from the Emergency Department and ICU to the ward.
The Opportunity
In this full-time, fixed term (12-month) parental cover role as a Product Manager in the Airvo Marketing - Market Development team, you’ll help bring our vision to life. With market-leading products already in use and exciting innovations on the horizon, you’ll support the team in shaping sales and clinical messaging that empowers our sales teams - enabling more patients to receive these vital respiratory support therapies through our exceptional products.
This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, adaptability, and resilience. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing sales and clinical messaging, promotional and educational materials, and supporting content to drive clinical practice change.
- Help build a deeper understanding of global markets, medical environments, and the needs of patients and clinical customers through engagement with our sales teams and the market.
- Collaborating closely with teams across the business to bring products to market and support their successful commercial release and ongoing success in the complex, highly-regulated medical device environment.
- Gathering and capturing insights to understand customer needs help shape future product and market development opportunities.
About You:
You’re passionate about improving patient outcomes and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You bring:
- A curious attitude, eagerness to learn, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to simplify complex technical and clinical concepts.
- A qualification in science, engineering, clinical practice, or marketing – or experience in medical device sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships internally with colleagues and across teams, along with clinicians, customers and strategic partners.
- The ability to collaborate with and influence a broad range of stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to owning projects and driving them to completion.
- Expertise with the Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign and Premiere Pro) would be a useful bonus – but not a requirement.
This role may be suitable for someone with up to 3/4 years work experience. The role and position will be tailored based on experience.
