Development Manager - Mobile

Lead our passionate mobile team, building award winning apps that support our patients, their clinicians, and healthcare providers.  We develop apps used by patients and clinicians worldwide to help them connect, and support their therapy journey.  Be part of defining and building our next generation of applications, that work alongside our connected devices and other products.  


The Role: 

We have an opportunity for an experienced development manager to lead a small team of mobile software engineers.  


 You will fit in well here if:

  • You are passionate about supporting and developing others to do their best work.  

  • You are wanting to own a product portfolio from concept to delivery, and its life in the market.  

  • You understand good software, architecture, and take ownership of your work.   

  • You value openness, you're curious, and have a desire for continuous development and growth.   


 We'll expect you to have:  

  • Experience leading small to medium sized software development teams  

  • Experience delivering high quality, complex, software projects  

  • Sound technical proficiency in a relevant area (Android, iOS, C# or Typescript/HTML/JS)  

  • Experience with modern distributed systems and related concepts (Rest, OAuth, Security, Scalability)  

  • Experience developing and retaining good engineering talent  


 It's great, but not required to have:   

  • Experience in React, React Native, Swift, Kotlin  

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD, Containerization, Kubernetes   

  • Experience with Agile Methodologies
