About the opportunity 

Are you a passionate individual looking to use your experience to take the next steps in the medical device industry? In the Airvo product group, you will have the chance to be a core contributor of many software releases to come. You will be able to develop your skills in the full software development lifecycle, understand embedded software in the medical landscape, and bring your design flair to new features and products. 

  

About You 

  

We are looking for applicants with 2 – 4 years of experience with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, specifically in Computer Systems, Electrical and Electronics, or Mechatronics. You will have experience with most or all of the following: 

  • An understanding of the requirements of embedded software in the medical space 

  • Proficiency in authoring technical documentation 

  • Developing and debugging real-time embedded software using C/C++ 

  • Familiarity with applicable standards such as IEC 62304 

  

You understand the importance of clear communication both within and outside your team. You are able to articulate ideas and designs between groups, and you enjoy working collaboratively to deliver sound solutions. 

Your understanding of risk management, cybersecurity, and compliance activities in the embedded space are advantageous.
