About the opportunity
In Infant Care, we're on a mission to transform respiratory support for neonates and infants worldwide. With a deep understanding of the respiratory care continuum from the very first breath - we’re focused on delivering meaningful outcomes for our tiniest patients.
As our team evolves, we’re aligning our resources to better support global market access and product performance. This newly empowered team will drive proactive initiatives across compliance, product enhancement and cost efficiency.
We are looking to fill a number of engineer roles, with a range of experience, to support Market Response projects across the Infant Care Portfolio. You’ll play a key role in all phases of the product lifecycle—from design inputs to verification, post market support and compliance projects —ensuring our solutions remain accessible, minimally invasive and clinically impactful around the world.
About you
- A degree (Graduate or higher) in Biomedical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- We are accepting applications for engineers with up to 5 years of relevant experience.
What You’ll Bring
As we are hiring for several positions, we are looking for a range of skills and experience, including:
- Experience across product development, process development, operations, or quality engineering
- Confidence navigating design controls and regulatory frameworks or a willingness to extend your skills and knowledge to include those areas
- Enthusiasm for solving problems, finding efficiencies, and seeing projects delivered into production
- Curiosity about our patients, and strong critical thinking skills
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for continuous improvement
- Willingness to take on a variety of different projects, try new ideas, manage risk and resolve uncertainty
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with stakeholders across the business to align on goals and strategy
