Process Manager - Supplier Management
About The Role
An exciting opportunity presents to work as part of our Global Quality Systems team as a Process Manager – Supplier Quality. You will be the subject matter expert and trusted advisor in the quality management system, specifically in processes that impact Supplier Quality. This includes quality processes governing management of material suppliers, incoming inspections, procurement, supply chain and distribution of finished goods globally across the Fisher & Paykel distribution network.
You will develop and improve global quality system processes to continue to add value, meet F&P business requirements, and comply with international regulations and standards. You will improve compliance, effectiveness and efficiency by harmonising processes across all Fisher and Paykel sites including Manufacturing, Design and Sales & Distribution sites.
With your passion and initiative, you will lead change by influencing the organization on all levels to develop and continuously improve global quality systems to support our business.
About You
We are looking for someone with:
- A tertiary qualification in Science or Engineering.
- Demonstrated knowledge of quality/ regulatory requirements for medical devices.
- 4-6 years’ experience gained in a quality role, ideally within a highly regulated industry.
- Expert knowledge and experience with Quality Management Systems, especially focused on ISO 13485, FDA's Quality System Regulations and the Medical Device Single Audit Program.
- Effective communication and influencing skills.
- Project management skills and the ability to work at pace to manage competing priorities.
- An analytical mindset and ability to think strategically.
- Enjoy working autonomously as well as part of a high-functioning and collaborative team.
