Personal Assistant/Plant Operations Support

The role as a Personal Assistant / Plant Operations Support plays an important part in supporting our Manufacturing teams by helping to maintain, streamline, and continuously improve our day-to-day activities.

 

About the role

In this role, you will:

  • Manage calendars and appointments for Plant Operations Managers, ensuring time is prioritised effectively.
  • Coordinate and prepare meetings, including agendas, attendee logistics, minute-taking, and follow-up.
  • Plan and compile reports, gather inputs from managers, and enter Production KPI data into the Operations Database.
  • Organise events and support team activities, including wider Operations events when needed.
  • Provide administrative support, such as travel planning, credit card submissions, and welcoming visitors.
  • Maintain office and meeting spaces, ensuring resources, equipment, and supplies are available and operational.

 

You’ll collaborate closely with a wide range of people across Operations, so strong communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills will be essential.

 

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational and time‑management skills. At least three years’ experience in a PA or high‑level administrative role.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office, along with fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience with ERP systems or accounts (highly advantageous).
  • Event coordination experience and familiarity with FPH and its products (preferred).
  • This role includes a variety of administrative tasks, so a proactive mindset and the ability to build strong working relationships will be key to your success.
