Operations Specialist - International (ROW)

About the Role

We have a newly created Operations Specialist role to support the continued success and growth of our business into new markets across the globe.

 

Based in Auckland and reporting to our Regional Operations Manager – Rest of World, this position will be hands on working closely with our sales operations teams to provide commercial and operations input, analysis and recommendations to assist with the achievement of business results.

 

You will be responsible for supporting the operational development and project management of new regional offices which will include H&S, HR, ICT, SAP, Warehousing & Supply Chain as well as operational activities to ensure risk and opportunities are identified and managed to meet F&P business needs and (non-financial) statutory and governance requirements. In addition, you will be supporting the operational development of our existing offshore offices.

 

You will provide key insights and analysis in order to provide appropriate commercial solutions.  You will be involved in a wide variety of initiatives including development and documenting of policies, principles and processes and contribute to the business plan.

 

Skills & Experience

You will ideally have demonstrated experience (at least 3-5 years) in a complex and fast-paced commercial role ideally from within an international organisation. You will be detailed orientated with excellent interpersonal and communication skills which give you the confidence to engage and influence those across the world. Experience implementing ERP systems would be advantageous as well as strong visual presentations skills enabling visibility of large projects to relevant stakeholders.

While this role is based in Auckland, occasional international travel may be required.
