Operations Integration Engineer

 About the role:

  • Design, implement, and improve global operational processes.
  • Contribute to or lead business cases and feasibility studies.
  • Develop digital tools, models, and analytics.
  • Generate data-driven insights and reports.
  • Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, ICT, and leadership.

 You will have:

  • Engineering degree or relevant experience.
  • Foundation in operations, analytics, or process improvement.
  • Strong communication and facilitation ability.
  • High attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Digital capability:

  • Data & Analytics:
    • Data handling & queries (SQL)
    • Programming: Python (Python - Libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
    • Data visualization: PowerBI
  • Workflow Automation: understanding workflow, process mapping, familiar with platforms such as Power Automate, Scripting and Programming.
  • Optimization: MILP
