Operations Integration Engineer

About the role:
- Design, implement, and improve global operational processes.
- Contribute to or lead business cases and feasibility studies.
- Develop digital tools, models, and analytics.
- Generate data-driven insights and reports.
- Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, ICT, and leadership.
You will have:
- Engineering degree or relevant experience.
- Foundation in operations, analytics, or process improvement.
- Strong communication and facilitation ability.
- High attention to detail and structured problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Digital capability:
- Data & Analytics:
- Data handling & queries (SQL)
- Programming: Python (Python - Libraries like Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Seaborn)
- Data visualization: PowerBI
- Workflow Automation: understanding workflow, process mapping, familiar with platforms such as Power Automate, Scripting and Programming.
- Optimization: MILP
