Operations Engineer

Are you ready to make a significant impact improving patient care and outcomes?

About the opportunity

This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with R&D project teams pioneering new therapies and products. This is not your traditional product or operations engineering role. To set the scene, these project teams are working with a start-up business mindset. Product development learning is at a fast pace with product changes following through to clinicians with rapid product releases.

You will actively engage in:

  • Digging deeper to understand fundamentally what is needed to make, release and deliver a product for use with clinicians
  • Sterilisation and sterile barrier systems processing, validation and production testing
  • Hands-on small batch process development and executing manufacturing activities.

You will play a crucial role in these projects to transition developed concepts into production batch build-ready, and ultimately ensuring products reach clinicians.

About you

  • You will possess a relentless drive to make, release, deliver products into the hands of customers to treat patients.
  • You have 3 years plus experience working on projects with medical devices. More specifically, you will have applied experience in manufacturing product to meet demand without an established sales forecast and improving sterile device related processes.
  • Having the outcome clearly in mind, you are willing to challenge the way things are conventionally done and even, at times, re-evaluate your own perspectives.

Are you excited by the prospect of this challenge, and curious to know more? Apply today!
