Occupational Health Case Coordinator

About The Role

Based at the onsite clinic at our East Tamaki campus, our Occupational Health team (including doctors, nurses, physios and occupational therapists) support a mixed manufacturing operations and occupational health workforce of 4,000+ employees.

As a dedicated Occupational Health Case Coordinator, you will support the Occupational Health and Health and Safety teams across a wide range of initiatives. You will be required to maintain the occupational health systems and information for the Occupational Health Services onsite, whilst identifying any issues or trends to support continuous improvements and health and rehabilitation initiatives. This role looks after a busy team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists and occupational therapists through coordinating and facilitating the flow of information and correspondence.

 

Skills & Experience

  • Experienced in database management, research, analytics and reporting  
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel and Microsoft suite.
  • Working experience with a clinical management system (such as Medtech Evolution or Gensolve)
  • Knowledge in using MyACC for Business or a similar portal
  • Well-developed work ethic and excellent interpersonal communication (written, verbal, listening) and relationship building skills
  • High degree of computer literacy
  • A background in working in a health sector is preferred, but not required
