Master Data Manager
We have an exciting opportunity for a Master Data Manager to lead and develop a high-performing team of Master Data Specialists. As a key member of the F&P Healthcare Master Data Working Group, you’ll play an important role in F&P Healthcare’s journey towards transforming how the business uses its master data to excel towards growth.
About the role
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of Master Data Specialists, organizing their workload and activities to ensure productivity and quality outputs. Design environments and processes that facilitate continuous learning and skill development.
- Master Data Oversight: Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality of master data records. Monitor key master data metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Business Collaboration: Engage effectively with relevant business process owners to understand their needs and the master data supporting strategy. Establish and maintain effective ways of working between the business, master data specialists, and the ERP team. Ensure business requirements are appropriately translated into master data specifications, minimizing issues and delays. Grow master data knowledge across the business, empowering users to effectively and efficiently manage and capitalise on quality master data.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously improve the team’s ways of working, ultimately improving how F&P Healthcare manages its master data. Grow a CI culture within the team and develop team members’ CI capabilities.
About you
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated people leadership skills, including experience in developing employees to ensure a highly motivated and performing team.
- High-Level Problem Solving: An eye for the big picture, with a clear understanding of the team’s role in the organisation and the ability to identify which obstacles and opportunities will best advance the team and the business toward its strategic objectives.
- F&P Products and Production Processes: A comprehensive understanding of F&P products and their production processes, including their commercial and risk environment.
- Product Supply Value Chain and Continuous Improvement: A detailed understanding of the Product Supply Value Chain, System Thinking, and Continuous Improvement methodology.
- Decision-Making Confidence: Exhibit confidence in decision-making and knowledge sharing to drive effective changes and influence team growth.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Knowledge & Experience: Proven experience in master data management or related roles.
- ERP Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems is advantageous.
