We’re looking for a Marketing Associate to join our Marketing Operations team in Auckland. This is a great opportunity for an early-career marketer to step into the engine room of marketing, supporting the delivery of high-quality marketing outputs across global markets and multiple languages.

This role sits within the heart of Marketing Operations. You’ll be a key connector, helping shape the marketing workflows though the business, ensuring requests are well briefed, expertly routed and delivered to a high standard. What you do enables our marketers to do their best work.
What you’ll be doing
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy being organised, collaborative, and hands-on. You will:
- Manage incoming marketing requests, assessing briefs and helping assign work to the right specialists.
- Own translation projects of varying scale and complexity keeping everything on track from brief to delivery.
- Communicate clearly and confidently with internal customers, external partners, and global stakeholders
- Support wider Marketing operations services, including digital asset management and general customer support as priorities shift
- Learn new processes and tools quickly, contributing improvement ideas along the way
About you
You're proactive, curious and proud of your attention to detail. You’re early in your career, but you bring confidence, structure and a strong service mindset. You’ll ideally have:
- 1-2 years’ experience coordinating projects in a marketing, agency, or operational environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with comfort working across different countries and time zones.
- A high level of accuracy and the ability to juggle multiple workstreams at once
- Confidence using digital tools and a willingness to learn new platforms quickly
- A relevant tertiary qualification
