Market Access Manager - International Sales

About the opportunity
The Rest of World (ROW) International Sales team are looking for a Market Access Manager to join us and ensure our products successfully reach new markets. Reporting to the Head of Operations - ROW, you will work collaboratively with our sales teams in the ROW regions to support the ongoing operations of our international offices, ensuring that regulatory and operational requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Provide regulatory and quality support across the ROW offices to obtain and maintain market access
- Manage processes to ensure efficient and effective market clearances
- Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of market access activities to ensure risks and opportunities are identified and managed as appropriate
- Partner and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and clarify business needs and supply channels
- Improve time to market for new products by partnering with product development teams and supporting the improvement of documentation and regulatory systems and processes through the development lifecycle
This role is based in Auckland but may have some occasional international travel requirements.
About you
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a contribution to the business through facilitating global access to our products and therapies. You must be a strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships across the business and understand the importance of providing an exceptional level of support and service. Ideally you will also have:
- Knowledge of international medical device regulations and standards is preferred/
- 5-10 years relevant commercial experience
- Negotiating and Influencing Skills
- Project Management Skills
