You’ll be joining a highly motivated and inspired legal team who are passionate about their work and supportive of each other. The team are trusted advisors to the business – good people doing good work with intent - and helping the business to navigate issues by providing commercially relevant legal advice and solutions.

 

The legal team is involved in all areas of the business and the scope of legal work is varied and interesting.  This includes providing advice on commercial and contractual matters, regulatory issues, compliance, governance, intellectual property, disputes and corporate law matters as well as providing support on strategic business projects.

 

What we’re looking for

 

  • 3-6 years’ post-admission experience in corporate or commercial law from a recognised law firm
  • Must be NZ qualified with a strong academic record practising certificate
  • Commercial awareness and customer focus
  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Team player, enthusiastic, approachable and positive style
