International Sales Operations Coordinator

About the opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, motivated individual with strong administrative and event coordination skills to join our International Sales Operations team in East Tamaki, Auckland. This is a dynamic role with plenty of variety, offering you the chance to work across multiple areas of our business operations while building relationships with a range of people from across the organisation. Your contribution will play a key part in supporting and driving the success of our wider team.

 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Plan and coordinate events and conferences for our international and local teams
  • Proactive management of diaries and travel arrangements for senior managers
  • Prepare resources and documents as required for meetings and reports
  • Maintain an organised and efficient office environment and facilitate the onboarding of new team members
  • Review systems and processes, identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness

 

About you

This role is ideal for someone eager to learn and confident in taking initiative to get things done. You’ll balance your drive to help people, with strong time management and organisational skills.

 

Other key skills and experience required:

  • 3+ years’ experience in business support, event coordination, PA roles, or comparable experience in a fast-paced corporate environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and tech-savvy, with the ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Strong time management and organisational skills
  • Proactive and motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative relationships with a range of stakeholders
