About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to provide in-person technical support to our wider business and implement project-based work. This work will include resolving complex technical issues and ensuring that our ICT services are running reliably for our staff onsite.
This is a critical role with possibilities to add value to our business and to promote a professional service culture across ICT. Building on your experience and working alongside a talented team that thrives on teamwork and having fun, whilst never compromising on delivering great customer service and getting the job done right!
On a day-to-day basis you will be providing technical support (hardware and software) for our staff as well as participating in/implementing continuous improvement projects. You'll have the opportunity to make the most of your technical, incident and problem management skills and your eye for improvement to identify gaps and changing needs around capacity and performance.

Skills and experience
- 3+ years experience in Microsoft technologies in a large business environment – Active Directory, Azure, Intune, Autopilot, Microsoft 365, Teams (Certifications preferred)
- Experience in imaging, deploying and supporting multiple types of hardware such as printers, laptops, desktops, solid state industrial PCs, label printers, taking these through the entire hardware lifecycle.
- A mindset of continuous improvement, using and being able to adapt to tried and tested processes such as LEAN.
- Ability to train and mentor other staff in ICT as well as the wider business.
- Diploma or Bachelor of Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar fields.
- ITIL, A+, and Network+/CCNA certifications would be also be advantageous.
