About the Role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven HR Business Partner to join our International Sales Operations team.
In this role, you will partner with leaders across multiple countries and regions to develop and deliver impactful people initiatives that support business performance and growth. You’ll play a hands-on role in guiding managers and employees through a wide range of HR matters, building trusted relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels.
This is an ideal next step for an experienced HR Advisor ready to step into a more senior role, with exposure to a truly international environment.
About You
You’re a strong communicator with a well-organised and proactive approach, and you thrive in a dynamic, global setting. You’ll also bring:
- At least 5 years’ HR experience, in New Zealand or internationally
- Experience in a multinational organisation (international remuneration exposure is advantageous but not essential)
- A proven ability to engage, influence, and build strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- The ability to adapt your approach to suit different situations and cultures
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on time, while managing competing priorities
- A curious, flexible, and solutions-focused mindset
- Strong technical HR expertise, combined with sound business and commercial acumen, and the ability to apply this in practice
