Come join our ERP Solutions and Support team as a Graduate ERP Finance Specialist!

This opportunity will provide exposure to our global business as we continue to implement SAP across all our sites. We are looking for a passionate and inquisitive individual who is keen to learn SAP Finance & Controlling, Concur and work in this field. 

Reporting to the Business Solutions Manager, the Graduate ERP Specialist (Finance) will provide assistance in both projects and escalated BAU support capacity. 

Key responsibilities include: 

• Liaise with the business to manage the timely resolution of helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs 

• Carry out system testing ensuring changes are robust and perform according to user requirements 

• Prepare relevant documents when required by the process, for example, test reports, operational documents or job instructions 

• Support the delivery of key user training within the business domain 

To be successful in this role you will need to bring: 

• Tertiary education in Accounting or Information System 

• Practical experience working in Accounting or ICT 

• Must be computer literate 

• A strong desire to improve business outcomes through process and technology 

• Enthusiastic drive for customer satisfaction 

• Ability to work well with others in a team environment  

• A desire to work in a high performing team environment
