Facilities Contracts Co-ordinator

Fisher & Paykel Healthcare is situated on 42 hectares of landscaped grounds with our 5th building at ground works stage. This role works with our Facilities Management Teams, and focuses on contract co‑ordination, procurement support, and contracts administration across our East Tāmaki campus. You will support the portfolio of Facilities service contracts, assisting with supplier performance reviews, meetings, and engagement activities.
What you will be doing?
- Support and manage a portfolio of facilities supplier contracts
- Provide practical guidance and training to operational contacts on contract terms, pricing, scope, and supplier management expectations
- Support consistent use of contract and supplier management tools, registers, reporting templates, and dashboards
- Coordinate supplier performance reviews, meetings, follow‑ups, and related reporting
- Maintain contract registers, records, renewal dates, and reporting packs
- Work closely with operational teams and suppliers on day‑to‑day contract matters
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Proven contract administration or contract management experience in a facilities or services environment
- Strong knowledge of contract terms, pricing, compliance, and Health & Safety requirements
- Experience managing contract registers, renewals, document control, and reporting
- Ability to manage contract lifecycle activities, including variations and renewals
- Confidence working with data, pricing reviews, and contract reporting
- Strong stakeholder and communication skills, including drafting contract documentation
- Ability to provide practical guidance to operational teams on contract and supplier management
- High attention to detail, strong organisation skills, and a process‑driven mindset
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word)
