About the opportunity
Here, there’s always a lot happening, making this a varied and fast-paced role that will keep you engaged. The position focuses on leading a team of three while managing electrical changes and improvements for 2 key humidification platforms currently released to market in over 100 countries.
As a customer response team this includes addressing customer complaints, resolving quality issues, handling material shortages or end-of-life components, and driving both internal and external problem-solving activities such as audits.
Key responsibilities:
- You’ll drive ongoing hardware/software enhancements for 2 Humidification platforms, ensuring they keep pace with shifting quality, regulatory, and market requirements. You will also collaborate closely with procurement and manufacturing to safeguard supply chain continuity.
- In the mid-term, together with the wider Response team, you’ll proactively identify risks to maintaining customer satisfaction, market access and supply and be able to develop well-planned, efficient projects to minimise disruptions.
- Lead your team through effective direction and coaching
About You
Success in this role depends on strong prioritisation and project management skills to ensure everything stays on track. A solid technical understanding in Electrical/Electronics is key—particularly the ability to assess the impact of changes, determine the appropriate level of effort required, and make sound decisions that balance quality outcomes with speed.
