ERP Specialist - Manufacturing - FTC

Are you passionate about problem-solving and supporting ERP systems?
We’re looking for an ERP Specialist to join our Business Solutions team on a fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Manage and resolve ERP helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with ERP experts and business partners to support BAU issues.
- Champion continuous improvement and contribute to a positive team culture.
About You
You’re a talented and driven individual who believes in making a difference and has the skills to support and enable your business partners. This could be a foundational role for an exceptional graduate looking to learn, develop, and contribute.
You’ll bring:
- Understanding or experience in ERP helpdesk support or customer service, with the ability to manage and resolve ERP helpdesk tickets within agreed SLAs.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science or Engineering (preferred).
