About the opportunity

 

Our global Education team is hiring a Digital Learning Designer who specialises in video editing and production. In this role, you’ll collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex information into clear, compelling video learning experiences.

 

You might find yourself filming and editing video content, designing digital learning for our sales teams, or creating short videos about key medical concepts. From concept development and storyboarding through to filming and post-production, you’ll deliver impactful learning that reflects our commitment to drive clinical practice change through education. Throughout your work, you’ll ensure all content complies with internal processes and quality standards.

About you

 

You’re curious, creative, and passionate about making complicated topics simple and easy to understand. Most importantly, you’re motivated and proactive, yet comfortable collaborating with a wide range of people to understand their needs.

 

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • 2+ years experience in education, instructional design principles and/or multimedia tools.
  • Expertise in video editing and design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, and basic knowledge of instructional design tools like Articulate.
  • Strong project management skills.
