Digital Experience Specialist

Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities 

 

As a Digital Experience Specialist you will spearhead our Digital Workplace Experience strategies and ensure our people have the most optimal user experience when engaging with our digital technologies.

 

In this role, you will get to:

 

  • Develop frameworks, processes, and strategies to ensure consistency around digital workplace technology user experience.
  • Contribute with, and assist System Owners, with digital user experience alignment and strategies.
  • Run regular workshops and training events to ensure our people are empowered with required knowledge.
  • Perform studies and regular analysis to understand how systems are being used and use these analytics to apply changes and optimise future use.
  • Produce and/or facilitate the creation of training material and content to ensure we are utilising our systems effectively.
  • Develop and maintain a center of excellence around digital workplace technology experience.
  • Produce high quality communication messages, using multiple channels, to promote learning, engagement, adoption and enrolment in training programmes.
  • Elicit requirements and identify pain points to ensure all deliverables meet the needs of our people.

 

Let’s talk about your capability and experience 
 

  • Experience in facilitating workshops and presenting to varied levels of the business.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Developing and delivering training and driving competency.
  • Modern workplace tool and system competency, including Microsoft365 apps, including Teams and SharePoint.
  • Experience with journey mapping, use case development and story boarding.
  • Experience with Business Analysis.
